  6. Cal bike  - run 50m sprint

  7. Barbell deadlift

  8. Dual DB push press

  9. Dual DB Squats

  10. Cals Row - box jumps

12. Barbell Squat Clean

How it Works

partnered workout

you do each move then go back to the previous building on the workout each time.

you do one barbell complex partner does one then you do 2 devils press and your partner does 2 then you go back to the 1 barbell complex.

so the format looks like 1,1 - 1,1,2,2 - 1,1,2,2,3,3 and so on.

time cap of 50 mins or if you want it spicy until yo complete it!
