My Story

My journey into health and nutrition became deeply personal when I struggled to find balance with my hormones — a journey that eventually led to me needing breast surgery. That experience changed the way I view health, my body, and the importance of truly understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.

I’m still on my own fitness and wellbeing journey, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about simplifying the overwhelming amount of information that exists around health — especially women’s health. So much advice is confusing, conflicting, or unrealistic, and my goal is to make it easier for you to make informed, balanced choices that actually support your life.

Movement has been a constant for me. I truly believe that movement is medicine, and I train in a hybrid style that includes strength training, running, and a lot of group sessions. Exercise has given me confidence, resilience, and connection — and it’s something I love to share.

Through this space, I want to bring together education, experience, and practicality — helping you feel stronger, more informed, and more at home in your body.
